The cocoa we import is unroasted and non-alkalized and is processed at low temperatures to preserve its nutritional richness. Since the paste contains cocoa butter, don't be afraid of the appearance of "greasy eyes" on your drink. As fat can rise to the surface, any discoloration is natural.
To enjoy the true essence of this cocoa, store it in a cool, dry and dark place. Please note that the cocoa in this package is quite hard, so we recommend using a large knife and a little more physical strength.
