This nutrient-rich oil is packed with essential fatty acids, including α-Linolenic acid (type of omega-3) which supports cell structure, and helps fight inflammation or Linoleic acid (type of omega-6) important for cardiovascular health, cognitive function, immune response, healthy vision —plus so much more!
