Criollo cacao from Señor Felipe, grown near Pucallpa in Peru. Unroasted, finely crushed cacao beans (nibs) with a natural fruity aroma, nutty notes and gentle bitterness. Carefully processed to preserve the original character of the cacao beans. Ideal for muesli, porridge, yoghurt, desserts and homemade chocolate, as well as for preparing ceremonial cacao after further fine grinding.
